Tuinkassenwinkel BV is an officially certified dealer of Robinsons and Alton premium garden greenhouses, as well as -1858- brand steel arch greenhouses.

We deliver greenhouses throughout Europe via our own transport or via selected carriers. Our family business has specialised in greenhouses for more than 15 years and we will be happy to inform and advise you. Because of the long distances, we can explain and inform you over the phone, by e-mail or by videoconference about technical details, the orderprocedure and the preparations you can make on site. 

All lead times on our website are up to date and are updated on a daily basis. For international deliveries lead times may be slightly longer due to longer distances. There is a green button next to each product that you can click to view the lead time.

DELIVERIES IN THE NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM AND FRANCE 

All greenhouse deliveries in the Netherlands, Belgium and France take place by appointment within a 4-hour period. We kindly ask you to leave a space in your garage or shed or free space where the greenhouse and glass can be stored. You can pay for your greenhouse on delivery by cash or by bank card via our mobile pin device.

1. We deliver the greenhouses by van and bring the boxes up to a maximum of 30 metres from our van.
2. You will receive the greenhouse frame in several boxes, depending on the manufacturer
3. The unpacked glass is unloaded by hand from a glass stilage
4. We place the glass on wooden bobbins against a wall in a clear space at least 200 cm wide
5. You pay in advance or on delivery. You make sure you have adjusted your payment limit

DELIVERIES IN ITALY, SPAIN AUSTRIA, SWITZERLAND, DENMARK, FINLAND AND SWEDEN

If your address is too far away for delivery by our own transport, we pack your order in wooden crates and give them to transporters who will deliver your greenhouse to you neatly. Please note that you need to be at home all day on the day of delivery. In international transport, accurate delivery within a certain time frame is unfortunately not yet possible.

GREENHOUSE ASSEMBLY

Tuinkassenwinkel cooperates with several greenhouse builders. At your request, we can mediate in the assembly of your greenhouse. We prefer to work with our Dutch fitters. This is because they are specialised in the premium brands and are familiar with the latest modifications or adjustments to the products. Not only do they visit the manufacturers in England on a regular basis, they are also part of the fitters group on Facebook to ensure they are always perfectly informed.
The Dutch mechanics have built greenhouses from Finland to France and Romania.

PAYMENT OF YOUR GREENHOUSE

If you wish to order a greenhouse, we work with a down payment for production of your greenhouse. The down payment is stated for each greenhouse. 
You can make the down payment by credit card, which even insures your payment!

You can pay the balance via payment link no later than 24 hours before delivery or (if we do the delivery ourselves) by PIN (bank card only) on delivery.
